Unused Ticket Refunds
Unused or partially used tickets can be mailed to:

Be sure to include:
- Original ticket
- Telephone number.
Martz is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. NOTE: you may drop unused tickets off at one of our full service Martz terminals to be forwarded for processing.
Sorry, cash refunds at our terminals are prohibited.
All requests for refunds must go through our general office and take 7-10 business days to process. Refunds are given to the original Purchaser only. Only tickets bearing our company name are eligible for refund.
Special Fare Tickets marked "non-refundable" such as Atlantic City or Shoppers Special are not eligible for refunds. However, you may have your unused ticket reissued for another date. A service fee may be required for each reissued Special Fare ticket if the trip was not canceled with 24 hours notice. Refunds are based on the value of the unused portion of the ticket. Values are determined as follows:
Wholly unused full-fare tickets will be refunded at the purchase price paid.
Unused Commuter Tickets and Party Fares result in losing the discount. Refunds are made by first, subtracting the full-fare value (not the discounted value) of the tickets used. At times, this will result in no refund for partially used commuter tickets and party fares.
